Hyderabad: As per the latest reports, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has resigned to the Chief Minister, Congress party along with MLA post.

The Lok Sabha took up discussion on the AP State Reorganisation Bill 2013 to divide the State yesterday. CM Kiran sworn in as Chief Minsiter of AP state on 25 Nov 2011.

CM Kiran took Governor EL Narsimhan’s appointment to meet the latter around 3 pm yesterday. As per the sources, his resignation was expected  after meeting the Governor but it did not happen.

Yesterday, Kiran kumar Reddy even stayed in the camp office, switching off his mobile phone. Ministers Pithani Satyanarayana, Jagga reddy, Parthasarathi after meeting Kiran Reddy along with some other leaders from Seemandhra Congress at the camp office yesterday, made it clear that Kiran would indeed quit tomorrow in a press meet.

In the press meet wwhich was held by CM Kiran around 10:45 am , CM Kiran announced his resignation to the CM, MLA and the Congress party.

Answering to a question by a reporter, Kiran kumar reddy stated that he is not interested in launching a new political party at present.
