Former Britain PM Inquires About Andhra Pradesh


Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is on a short Trip to Singapore to attend Mint Asia and HT Leadership Summit. On the lines of the summit, Chandrababu Naidu met former Britain Prime Minister Tony Blair a little while ago.

Tony Blair who was the Britain PM while Naidu was the Chief Minister of the then United Andhra Pradesh remembered his visit to Hyderabad and to a village in Mahabubnagar district. Blair reportedly inquired about the progress and challenges after the state division.

Sources say Naidu explained about how the state is running against the tide yet registering remarkable growth in all the sectors. Naidu also told him how the farmers voluntarily gave more than 33000 Acres for Amaravati Land Pooling. Naidu also invited Blair to visit AP.
