Hyderabad: As news is making rounds that Pawan Kalyan’s new party will open a branch in Telangana also, the leaders of TRS party have been worrying, reportedly. There is no second thought that Pawan Kalyan has many fans in Telangana region as well. Getting apprehended by the political entry of Pawan Kalyan, understandably, TRS has been worried. KCR has already expressed his anguish over Pawan Kalyan in a recent meeting of TRS Party.
Amid strong speculation that Telugu film hero Pawan Kaylan would float a political party soon, TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao on March 7 warned Telangana people not to fall prey to the ‘film glamour’. Speaking at a function to admit TDP leaders from Mahbubabad parliamentary constituency into his party, KCR said, “As Pawan’s elder brother Chiranjeevi closed his shop, the younger brother (Pawan) is now opening another shop for collections. He said that the political parties were coming up like Sankranti Gangireddulu (decorated oxen) in the State. “It is time to consolidate ourselves and strive for reconstruction of the new Telangana State,” KCR said. He called upon the party rank and file to concentrate on the challenge before the party to win 17 MP seats in the election. If that happens, KCR said, it would become easy for the party to bargain with the Centre and get huge funds.
KCR has given a call to rank and file of TRS party to get a win in all seats of Telangana while reiterating that they do not need Andhra domination or ruling. Most recently, it was Kavitha who challenged Pawan Kalyan and asked him to say sorry to Telangana people before making a political entry.
