Sonia Gandhi insulted Seemandhra People

sonia-gandhi-seemandhraHyderabad: Telugu Desam  Legislature Party (TDLP) Deputy leader Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu  has lambasted the Congress party President Sonia Gandhi, the Central Government headed by Dr Manmohan Singh and the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy for insulting  the Seemandhra people by their actions.

In a press statement here Saturday, he alleged that Sonia had insulted the Seemandhra people by taking decision to bifurcate the State without doing the required exercise, while the Chief Minister insulted them by forcibly removing the peoples’ representatives who were on fast to respect the sentiments of the people.  The Central Government has insulted the people by suspending  from the House, the M Ps who were demanding justice  to
Seemandra people, he alleged.

The Congress leaders were competing with each other in playing with the lives of Telugu people.  When they wanted a Joint Parliamentary Committee to solve the issue, instead of responding to that, the M Ps were suspended from the House.   Sonia was responsible for the present turmoil in Seemandhra, as she indulged in ‘leakages’ which  added fuel to the fire.  It was atrocious on the part of Congress Leadership to provoke the
people through their leaks, instead of taking measures to resolve the crisis and establish peace,  Naidu contended.

The TDP leader ridiculed the statement of Minister Shailajanath that the TDP should resolve against state division.  He said Shailajanath should first get a resolution from the CWC that it was wedded for Samaikyanahdra and then give advise to other parties.   Neither the TDP nor  its leader Chandrababu Naidu needed the advise of the Congress leaders.   He questioned whether Shailajanath has not heard  the  statement of Digvijay Singh that  unable to defeat TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu, Dr YSR had  sent 41 Congress MLAs to Delhi pleading for separate Telangana state.

Advise to KTR

Pointing out that it was NTR who gave political life to TRS leader KCR, Muddu said it was not fair on the part of K T Raman Rao to criticize NTR who was respected by all the Telugu people irrespective of their region.  KTR should realize that NTR had never spoke on State division, as a political leader. It would be better for KTR to take the advise of his father before talking about NTR, he added.
