supreme-court-indiaSpeculations are rife in political circles that in case AP CM Kiran is unable to control the current agitations in Seemandhra, then chances are that Congress leadership may opt for President’s rule in the state to ensure that its decision regarding Telangana is implemented!

But in case this happens then any cabinet note cannot be sent by President of India to AP Assembly for its opinion in the form of a resolution, which is whoever not binding. But some strong leaders fighting for united AP reportedly feel that no new state was created in India recently without assembly resolution and in case Centre tries to bypass this and goes ahead then they may approach court.

They are reportedly very confident that the judiciary which is very proactive these days in India will definitely not allow Telangana formation without the approval of state assembly, which will inturn create a crisis between judiciary and executive in the country!
