Revenue of the Youngest State was Rs 26,394.18 crore from April-August 2018 as against Rs 21,642.02 crore during the same period in the previous year.
On an average, Revenue Growth of Telangana stood at 17.17 percent in the past four years. No other state in the country was able to achieve such a high growth.
Telangana became revenue surplus state after the bifurcation of United AP. In addition, Single Window Industrial Policy led to the establishment of thousands of Industries in the state. All these factors contributed to the fantastic growth rate.
