Telangana politics are turning interesting each day, while the supposed Congress-TRS pre-poll alliance seems to be a non starter, The TRS and the MIM are on the verge of striking an informal electoral alliance. While MIM leaders declined to comment, his party leaders said that the alliance was more or less a done deal.
Sources said Asaduddin has already met TRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao and seat sharing was more or less finalized. MIM is looking contest two parliamentary seats from the city area apart from the Hyderabad Lok Sabha seat represented by Asaduddin, the MIM wants the TRS to leave the Secunderabad Parliamentary constituency for the minority party. Apart from the seven assembly segments of Chandrayanagutta, Nampally, Karwan, Charminar, Yakutpura , Bahadurpura and Malakpet that it already represents, the MIM wants Goshamahal, Jubilee Hills, Rajendranagar, Boath, and Sangareddy.
