Here is the pre-release review of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s “Khaidi No 150.”

In a Country like India, farmers are reckoned to be the backbone of India are committing suicides as they are unable to cope with crop losses andpayments to the banks. Though it is being neglected by the politicians, director V.V. Vinayak succeeded in highlighting the same concept in “Khaidi No 150,” which is the Tamil remake of “Kaththi” directed by A.R. Murugadoss.

Blending all the elements in proper proportions, the dynamic director has successfully brought to the fore a very critical issue. Though it is the remake of a Tamil blockbuster, he impressed the audience with freshness in the screenplay and delivered a social message with all commercial elements. Once again he proved that only he can show Chiranjeevi in the best way possible. After a long gap of almost a decade, the “Khaidi” actor appeared on the screen and his screen presence itself one of the biggest asset to the story. The first and second halves are fantastic with the terrific performance of Chiranjeevi and the background score is definitely top notch.

The director has packed the story with strong punch dialogues, emotional scenes, comedy and romance and the beginning and pre-climax are going to be the highlights in the film. The film is definitely a big feast for the audience, as Chiranjeevi has played a dual role, which are completely different from one another. As a sedate social activist and fun loving thief, he performed well. His peculiar dance moves for the tunes of Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad, which already have become overnight chart busters will make the fans go crazy and mad in theaters. Rathnavelu’s cinematography needs special mention and the fights composed by Ram Laxman will sure set a trend for the future movies. The dialogues penned by Paruchuri brothers will give goosebumps to the audience.

Performances: Megastar Chiranjeevi has delivered a lifetime performance and nailed this 150th film with a brilliance in acting. Kajal Aggarwal has given her best and the chemistry between the duo is fantabulous. Tarun Arora also gave a fine performance and the supporting actors give their best in those respective roles. The special cameo of Ram Charan and Allu Arjun make the fans go mad. Actress Rai Laxmi, who did a special song in the film is simply amazing. Though she is there for a short time, she stole the show.

Overall Result: V.V. Vinayak has made proper use of Chiranjeevi’s potential and delivered a Paisa Vasool commercial film. This will definitely entertain the audience and they will go gaga over him after watching it. One of the best movies of Chiranjeevi and strongly recommended.
