Indian cinema witnessed many interesting genres in the recent years. Right from erotic films to adult dramas, the audience too came across different movies.
For the first time in the history of Indian cinema, a film on the love story of a brother and sister is made, which falls in the controversial incest genre. Manoj Jayantilal Bhatia’s I am Roshni has been making into the news. The film has been focussed on brother and sister’s affection. This is the first the subject of incest is being discussed on Indian screen.
The theatrical trailer of the film I am Roshni has been out and it may not appeal to the sections of all the audience. The film revolves around a girl named Roshni who stays with her family. Her only hope is her brother after which she bonds with him, which is portrayed in an incestuous way.
The makers however informed that the film has no vulgar content and is all about a brother supporting his sister during her tough times. Ankita Parihar and Yash Rajpara played the lead roles in the movie.
