First Reaction Of EC On Lakshmi’s NTR

It is known that TDP Activist Devi Babu Chowdary complained to Election Commission against Lakshmi’s NTR. He appealed EC to stall the release of the controversial flick which shows AP CM Chandrababu Naidu in bad light until the completion of first phase of Elections.

Chief Electoral Officer Rajath Kumar responded on the complaint against Lakshmi’s NTR for the first time ever. He told, ‘Will check if the content influences the voters or election result, whether if it violates Model Code of Conduct? A decision will be taken only after reaching a conclusion’.

On the other hand, Ram Gopal Varma claimed to be just showing the facts to the public instead of targeting any individual. He is going to move the court if Election Commission doesn’t permit the release of Lakshmi’s NTR on March 22nd.

Theatre Artiste Vijay Kumar essayed the role of NTR in Lakshmi’s NTR. While Kannada Actress Yagna Shetty played Lakshmi Parvathi’s character, Sritej appeared as Chandrababu Naidu in the biopic.
