Activists of the Akhila Hindu Mahasabha have set out to tear posters of Kamal Haasan for his insulting remarks against politicians and political parties. As per reports on Deccan Chronicle, the Akhila Hindu Mahasabha organisation submitted a memorandum to the Tamil Nadu district collector to take action against the actor for his recent remarks against politicians and the state government. Reports claim, he was seeking dissolution of the assembly and dismissal of the government for no valid reason. He was also blaming the politicians for the ban on Vishwaroopam. This was allegedly stated in the memorandum.

In other news, Kamal Haasan has confirmed that Vishwaroopam 2 will release soon, but its post production will take at least 6 months. As per reports on Indian Express, the film was going through financial hurdles and that is why it saw a delay. The film has been directed by Kamal Haasan and the cast comprises – Andrea Jeremiah, Pooja Kumar. Rahul Bose, Shekhar Kapur. Unfortunately, his other directorial venture Sabash Naidu has been postponed indefinitely. The movie also starred Shruti Haasan. They had begun shooting for this film, when it all came to a grinding halt, courtesy Kamla Haasan’s nasty fall. Post which, the shoot had been postponed and hasn’t been resumed since.
