Mobile Theatres In Rural Areas!


Bollywood director Satish Kaushik came up with an innovative idea and it may create a sensation in the film industry. His idea is Mobile Digital Movie Theatre(MDMT).. in which a truck is converted into a Mobile Theatre has become a hot topic. As the trucks are mobile this will give an opportunity to the rural audience to watch films without going to the nearby towns.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has appreciated Satish Kaushik’s idea. As the ticket price is around Rs.35 to 75 it will be affordable to the movie lovers in villages. The trucks will have all the equipment of a digital theatre which can be assembled at the time of screening and it can be dismantled whenever it is needed. The mobile theatres are air-conditioned, weatherproof, fireproof and it can accommodate approximately 150 people. Satish Kaushik’s idea has been made into reality with the support of entrepreneur Sushil Chaudhary.

The mobile theatres are readied with the brand name Picture Time and each mobile theatre will be named after a super hit film. They have redied 35 mobile theatre trucks. They are named Baahubali, Don, Shahenshah. Sushil Chaudhary is saying that these mobile theatres will be helpful to screen new films in the rural areas. The idea is creating a sensation in North India already.
