Mirror was the first to report that after Heropanti, Tiger Shroff is gearing up for an action film with Remo D’Souza, which Ekta Kapoor is producing. Now, we have learnt that after the success of Kick, the makers have zeroed down on Jacqueline Fernandez as the film’s leading lady.
Revealed a source close to the production, “Remo felt she would be the perfect fit for the role and approached her a few weeks ago.Jacqueline was excited by the idea and she was on board without even a formal narration.”
Interestingly, Tiger is being paired with an heroine who is a few years older in an industry where middle-aged leading men often romance much younger actresses on screen.
Although the makers remain tight-lipped about the film’s content, Mirror has learnt that the it will have high-octane action sequences with a passionate love story intertwined. It will go on floors after Remo is done with his current commitments, which include the ABCD sequel with Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor.
When contacted, Remo told Mirror, “I’ve always wanted to work with Jacqueline. She’s currently in Malaysia and we will formalise things once she’s back in the city.”
