As we have reported earlier, the second schedule of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s “Sye Raa” will not commence until the release of Ram Charan’s “Rangasthalam”. It is heard that Chiru is completely occupied with the post-production work of his son’s film.
Chiru had given a free hand to Charan and director Sukumar right from the moment he was given the final narration to the completion of the shooting of Rangasthalam. Although he wasn’t pleased with the title, he voted for the conviction of Sukumar. But, the doting father doesn’t want to take any chances as the release date nears.
Reportedly, Chiru is overseeing the promotional plans as well as post-production work so as to give his son a career-resurrecting hit. Charan’s faith on his father’s judgement is the reason why he left to LA without any pressure ahead of the release of Rangasthalam.
Meanwhile, as Chiru is busy with Charan’s film, the second schedule of Sye Raa has been pushed to April. Megastar’s displeasure with the script is another reason for postponing the shoot of his ambitious film. Senior writer-duo Paruchuri Brothers have been summoned to make necessary modifications to the script.
Rangasthalam is scheduled to hit screens on March 30. A grand pre-release event is being planned on 18th of this month.
