CM Vasundhara Raje insulted acid attack victim

vasundhara-rajeJaipur: An acid attack victim who wanted to meet Vasundhara Raje waited for four hours outside MahaPragya Vihar office where the CM was holding a party meet to select LS candidates, however, she failed to meet her.

Shalu had been on a hunger strike since last seven days and had decided to continue it until the CM heard her plight, claimed Chhanv, the NGO fighting for her rights.

After the meeting was over, Raje came out and sat in her car to leave. Even as the victim tried to narrate her ordeal, the CM left outrightly ignored her and left from the scene, the NGO claimed.

Owing to deteriorating health condition, Shalu called off her strike at 11:15 pm. The NGO has now taken to social media seeking an apology from Raje for her ignorant behaviour.

“Such insult for acid attack victims cannot be tolerated. She must apologise at the earliest,” demanded the NGO.
