Asda shoppers were left stunned when a woman stripped down to her underwear in the fruit and vegetable aisle for a ‘neknomination’ challenge.
Rebecca Dagley, 19, wandered into a store near Fosse Park in Leicester before taking off her raincoat to reveal her stockings and suspenders.
She then downs a can of Stella Artois as a giggling friend films the episode, before nominating three more friends.
Neknominate is a social media craze thought to have originated in Australia where young people are ‘nominated’ to down strong drinks and carry out dares.
Participants often share their exploits online after filming them on mobile phones.
The game has also been criticised by health experts after it was linked to the deaths of two young men in Ireland.
Speaking to the Leicester Mercury, she defended the game, saying: ‘It’s like anything in life, you have to be responsible and not stupid.
‘Everyone will go as far as they want to go, nobody is forcing anyone to do anything – people don’t even have to drink alcohol if they don’t want to.’
