TDP Quit For Political Reasons: Amit Shah

BJP President Amit Shah wrote a letter to AP CM Chandrababu Naidu over the exit of TDP from NDA citing denial of Special Category Status. ‘Decision taken by TDP is unilateral and unfortunate. I am afraid as the move was due to political reasons rather than development concerns,’ he told.

Amit Shah reiterated Union Government-led by PM Narendra Modi has left no stone unturned for the growth and prosperity of AP. He maintained BJP is a trusted friend for TDP and People of AP.

The BJP Chief particularly mentioned about the sanction of many Institutions, offering funds under various central schemes and upgrading three Airports to international range in Andhra Pradesh. He went on to say BJP fulfilled all the promises it has made to the capital-less state.

BJP firmly believes Chandrababu Naidu took an u-turn all of a sudden to improve the poll prospects of Telugu Desam Party.
