This is a hot topic for discussion in the political circles across the country. Several BJP allies like the Shiv Sena are upset with Narendra Modi. So, to win the BJP, sources claim, is looking for a replacement for Narendra Modi, who is known for being ruthlessly straightforward and absolutely unbending. Some say, he might be replaced by Nithin Gadkari or by Pranab Mukherjee. They say Pranab Da would be acceptable to the Congress and Trinamool Congress because of his political background.
But a strong section within the BJP feels that instead of placating and giving in to the allies, the BJP should bank on Narendra Modi to deliver. They feel Modi has a huge popularity of his own and is a surefire winner. They feel that by removing him, the BJP may win the allies, but lose the polls.
Whatever, there is an intense debate going on in the political circles about what could happen. Will the BJP stay with stand by Modi or stay with the allies?
