Easy mutton fry ingredients:

Mutton – 1 kg
Onions – 2 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 10
Coriander leaves – few
Oil – 4 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Easy mutton fry preparation:

  1. Clean and wash the mutton pieces.
  2. Pressure cook the mutton pieces, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt for 7 to 8 whistles.
  3. Now take a pan and heat with oil.
  4. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  5. Then add the pressure cooked mutton pieces.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Close with a lid and cook till the mutton pieces would be in dry form.
  8. In-between stir well.
  9. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
