Janhvi Kapoor accepted the challenge of playing the lead role in IAF Pilot Gunjan Saxena Biopic titled ‘Kargil Girl’. For the First Schedule, She gained 6 kilos in 45 days to look a bit plump. The Star Kid had to lost 10 kilos for the flick ‘RoohiAfza’ which is a horror comedy. And Janhvi has to put on weight by the time Georgia Schedule of ‘Kargil Girl’ begins.
Celebrity Fitness Trainer Namrata Purohit has been planning/monitoring the diet and fitness regimen of Janhvi Kapoor to attain desired results. She informed ‘Dhadak’ Actress is working for six days a week (two days of electrical muscle stimulation, four days of pilates).
Protein-rich Diet was suggested for Janhvi Kapoor. As she have a sweet tooth, Janhvi was permitted to eat one healthy laddoo made of jaggery and nuts per day but she can’t resist herself from having three.
