Kajal Inspires You To Be Fit!


When you go to gym you are asked to do cardio and then warm-up after which you will be doing pilates, squats, biceps, abs, triceps, arms, sides and back, on alternative days.

You may do abs one day, biceps one day, triceps one day and then have only a day dedicated to cardio and nothing else. You may even run around the gym like you are training in a military camp. Everything to improve your fitness.

Kajal Aggarwal and other actresses like her have to go through this routine day in and day out and also maintain a diet without fail.

Just like Malaika Arora, Raashi Khanna, Rakul Preet Singh and few others who regularly post stuff from gym, Kajal also decided to do so.

She posted a video and wrote,

“Squats for me have always been extremely difficult with regards to my form and lifting heavy. It took a lot of practice, immense focus and a major confidence boost from @coach_sriram to get here, and we’ve only just begun ! 70 kgs, heaviest I’ve squatted so far and ofcourse a long way to go.”

Well, the actress is busy with her Hollywood film in Hyderabad and is waiting to join Indian-2 again. She has Ranarangam and Comali lined up for release in Telugu and Tamil on 15th August.
