Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming film ‘Master’ was scheduled to release on April 9th this year. The makers are still anticipating that the Corona situation would return to normalcy and everything would go as planned! There is no problem with the release in Tamil Nadu as they have announced the release date when they began the shooting itself.
Vijay is desperately trying to get a hold of the Tollywood market and thus planned a simultaneous release. The announcement of the dubbing film would irk the regular Tollywood producers if they have their big films for release. Moreover, the scarcity of theatres in Telugu states is also a bothering issue that could lead to the dubbed films to not go for a simultaneous release.
Thalapathy who registered good opening figures with his last release ‘Whistle’, dubbed version of ‘Bigil’ is now in a mood to improve his revenue in Tollywood states but the outbreak of Corona shattered the dreams of this big Tamil star.
‘Master’ is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of ‘Khaithi’ fame. Rumour has that this young talented director is now all set to direct Rajini’s next film #Rajini169. Expectations on ‘Master’ are sky-high in all segments of South states. Let’s wait for the smooth release of this much-anticipated film!
