iPhone 6 rumored features, price, and specifications

A lot of rumours were making rounds on the internet about the much awaited new generation Apple iPhone and now the latest update has made the Apple fans excited. According to the reports, the upcoming Apple’s iPhone 6 series 4.7-inch model will make its debut on 15 September, 2014 and will be available at the stores after 10 days of its debut.

The latest update about the iPhone 6 has also revealed the price tags of the most awaited phones of 2014. The smaller model in iPhone series will be made available at a price of Rs 51,000 and the16GB version of bigger model i.e. 5.5-inch device will be available at a price close to Rs 58,000.

Till not it is unclear that if the bigger model will be unveiled alongside the smaller model or not. A few reports on the internet suggest that the 5.5-inch iPhone will make its debut at the end of the year. This is due to difficulties that the Apple’s in-cell touch screen supply partners are facing in mass production.

So, the company has asked them to begin the production of 4.7-inch iPhone 6 model only and has reportedly delayed the 5.5-inch device screen’s manufacturing to several months.

Apart from the screen size difference, both the iPhone 6 series models are expected to have the same specification. The smaller model will have a screen size of 4.7-inch with a resolution of 1920x1080p and 441ppi where as the bigger model has 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 2272x1280p and 510ppi.

Both the model will be powered by Apple’s 64-bit A8 chipset and will have a RAM of 1GB. The models will be available with storage options of 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. The iPhone 6 will have a rear camera of 8MP and front camera of 3.2MP. The NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are the add-ons features that will be available.
