The Chinese company that goes by the name of Oppo is gearing up to introduce the N1 in India which only recently was unveiled in the home country. It has already started sending out invites to media confirming that the launch will indeed take place on January 30, that is, this Thursday. The official Twitter handle itself stated that the device is ready to be introduced in India.
One of the key highlights of the Oppo smartphone is its swiveling camera that completely eliminates the need for a webcam. This snapper can rotate by up to 206 degrees and you can lock it at any angle be it in the front for taking selfies or on the rear to capture images or record videos. And what’s more, it features a dedicated ISP and even brings dual-mode LED and various scene modes to enhance your pictures. Also, a touch panel has been fitted on the rear panel to facilitate one-handed use.
Packed within a chassis measuring 170.7 x 82.6 x 9 millimeters, the smartphone weighs in at 213 grams. A 5.9-inch full HD IPS touchscreen graces the front side and it displays an intuitive interface that can be attributed to the Color OS based on the Android Jelly Bean 4.2 platform. A quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor powers the gadget along with 2GB of RAM and it is fueled by a 3610mAh battery.
