Former Minister Mukesh Goud Is No More


Congress Senior Leader & Former Minister Mukesh Goud passed away while undergoing treatment in a private hospital on Monday.

The 60-Year-Old was diagnosed with cancer seven months ago. As his body didn’t respond to the treatment, Mukesh Goud was shifted to his residence few days ago. He was readmitted to Apollo Hospital on Sunday night as his condition deteriorated.

Yesterday, There were speculations that Mukesh Goud is no more alive. Mukesh Goud’s Son Vikram Goud condemned the reports in circulation. He clarified his Father is still alive but was in critical condition. By Monday afternoon, Mukesh Goud was declared dead by the Apollo Doctors.

Mukesh Goud has been a Congress Loyalist for the past 30 years. He was a 3-Time MLA. YSR inducted Mukesh Goud into his cabinet in 2009 as BC Welfare Minister. He faced defeat contesting from the Gosha Mahal Constituency in 2019 Elections. During the Lok Sabha Polls, He exercised his right to vote by arriving in an ambulance. Several Congress Leaders expressed condolences to the family members of Mukesh Goud.
