Richa Panai Shares How She Beat Coronavirus

Tollywood’s young actress Richa Panai was tested positive for the deadly virus last month and recovered fully now. The Yamudiki Mogudu actress revealed her COVID experience in the latest interview.

After exhibiting mild symptoms of Covid, she did not panic and wondering how she may have contracted it because she hasn’t been going out. She isolated herself in Mumbai, and completely cut off from the world outside until she tested negative again.

“But despite the challenges, I knew this was also the time to stay positive and get the better of the virus. So I kept with my breathing exercises and ensured I was having nutritious food that was high on protein content and Vitamin C,” she said.

Richa will be next seen as the female lead in Rajasekhar’s upcoming yet-to-be-titled film, under director Neelakanta.
