It looks like controversies are finally taking a toll on talented actress Kangana Ranaut. She has been making sensational comments and accusing the Maharashtra government over the past couple of months. Police cases were filed on Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli stating that their comments prompt enmity between communities.
The police summoned her three times already to appear before the Mumbai High Court. But Kangana remained in her home at Himachal Pradesh due to her brother’s wedding. But she needs to return to Mumbai as she is an actress.
But there is a chance of Mumbai police taking her into custody for questioning which is why she asked the Mumbai High Court to dismiss all the FIRs registered against her. We need to wait and see how the court responds to Kangana’s challenge to Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate’s order. The court`s decision to give bail to popular journalist Arnab Goswami became a big issue a few days back. Let us see what tremors Kangana creates when she lands in Mumbai.
రిపబ్లిక్ మీడియా నెట్ వర్క్ ఎడిటర్ ఇన్ చీఫ్ అర్ణబ్ గోస్వామిని ముంబై పోలీసులు ఈ రోజు ఉదయం అరెస్టు చేసారు. 2018లో ఇంటీరియర్ డిజైనర్ అన్వయ్ నాయిక్ ని సూసైడ్ కి ప్రేరేపించారన్న ఆరోపణపై అర్నబ్ పై సెక్షన్ 306 ప్రకారం పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. ఇప్పుడు అదే కేసులో భాగంగా ఇప్పుడు ఆయనను అరెస్ట్ చేసినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. ఈ రోజు ఉదయం ముంబై పోలీసులు అర్నబ్ నివాసంలో ఆయనను అరెస్ట్ చేసి విచారణ నిమిత్తం రాయఘడ్ పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ కు తరలించారు. అర్ణబ్ గోస్వామిని ముంబయి పోలీసులు అదుపులోకి తీసుకోవడాన్ని కేంద్ర మంత్రి ప్రకాశ్ జవడేకర్ ఖండించారు. ”మహారాష్ట్రలో పత్రికా స్వేచ్ఛపై దాడిని ఖండిస్తున్నాను. మీడియాతో వ్యవహరించే పద్ధతి ఇది కాదు. ఎమర్జెన్సీ కాలంలో మీడియాను ఇలాగే చూశారు. మళ్లీ ఆ రోజులు గుర్తుకొస్తున్నాయి” అంటూ కేంద్ర మంత్రి ట్వీట్ చేశారు.
కాగా ఇంటీరియర్ డిజైనర్ ఆత్మహత్యకు ముందు రాసిన లేఖలో ఆయన “అర్నబ్ గోస్వామి రిపబ్లిక్ నెట్ వర్క్ స్టూడియోకు ఇంటీరియర్ డిజైన్ చేయించుకున్న తర్వాత చెల్లింపులు చేయలేదని పేర్కొన్నాడు. దీంతో పోలీసులు అర్నబ్ పై కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో అర్ణబ్ కు వ్యతిరేకంగా మహారాష్ట్ర అసెంబ్లీలో ప్రత్యేక హక్కుల ఉల్లంఘన తీర్మానాన్ని కూడా ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. కొద్ది నెలల కిందట మహారాష్ట్ర హోంమంత్రి అనిల్ దేశ్ముఖ్ అసెంబ్లీలో మాట్లాడుతూ “అన్వయ్ నాయిక్ భార్య బిడ్డ నా దగ్గరకు వచ్చి అర్నబ్ గోస్వామిపై ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. అందుకే మహారాష్ట్ర పోలీసులు అర్నబ్ గోస్వామికి వ్యతిరేకంగా దర్యాప్తు చేస్తారు. అన్వయ్ నాయిక్ భార్య అక్షతా నాయిక్ కూతురు ప్రజ్ఞా నాయిక్ ఫిర్యాదుల ఆధారంగా దర్యాప్తు జరుగుతుంది” అని చెప్పారు.
Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap, and comedian Kunal Kamra went to Republic TV’s office to present the award for ‘excellence in journalism’ to Managing Director and Editor-In-Chief, Arnab Goswami on Thursday.
They went to the studio premises with frames that had slippers on them and were naturally not allowed to go inside.
Taking a jibe at Arnab Goswami, Anurag shared that he and Kunal went to see Goswami, but were not allowed without prior permission.
