Katrina’s Workout Plan Is Sure To Inspire You


Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif is one among the stars who love to stick to her workout routine. She is a fitness enthusiast and follows her workout routine quite intuitively, no matter where she is. Be it sweating it out at the gym or opting for a home workout, the Sooryavanshi actress never fails to inspire her fans with her fitness regime.

The 37-year-old actress, who is an avid social media user herself, on Friday evening, shared her workout plan for the day which is sure to leave you stunned.

She shared a handwritten workout routine from her trainer, which has exercises for her legs, abs and upper body. These include squats, leg presses, push-ups, cardio among other workouts. “Workout for the day,” she wrote the actress on her Instagram Story.

On the work front, Katrina Kaif will next be seen in “Sooryavanshi” alongside Akshay Kumar, and she has a horror-comedy “Phone Bhoot”, co-starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter.
