Sukumar wants to remake this film!

Sukumar has become one of the most sought after directors of Telugu Cinema post his Arya, 100% Love and Rangasthalam kind of successful films. Recently, his Pushpa The Rise film became a rage among North Indian Cinema lovers and youngsters in Telugu states.

Arya 2, Nannaku Prematho films ended up as average grossers from the director but they have many fans. His fans are so in love with his unique style of presentation and writing that even his failures like Jagadam and 1 Nenokkadine have cult status among them.

Especially Jagadam has been praised by one and all over the years. Even though it completed 15 years of release, still many talk about the music and nuances in the film.

The director talked about the film on the occasion of it completing fifteen years and thanked audiences for their love towards the film. He said that he did some mistakes during the time and hence it did not reach the level it should have at the box office, during release.

He wished to remake with the hero of the film, Ram Pothineni. He said that the young hero always had the distinction to become a good mass hero. He opined that at the age of seventeen, the actor showcased nice variations that a mass hero should have on screen in the film.

Hence, he wished to remake it with him after his Ismart Shankar transformation of image. Well, we hope he uses some of the original tracks from the album if he ever decides to remake it.
