BCCI’s Tribute To MS Dhoni For His Contribution

The Board of Control for Cricket in India(BCCI) selection committee led by Sunil Joshi announced a 32-member squad for the much-anticipated Australian tour for the three formats. The squad without Mahendra Singh Dhoni will fly to Sydney from UAE after the IPL tournament. This marks the first game of the Indian team after the pandemic outbreak.

With Dhoni shedding his gloves from the International cricket, he will not head to Sydney. After the IPL tournament, he will leave for India.

As Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s ere came to an end in Indian cricket. BCCI paid tribute to the former skipper who changed the face of Indian cricket by changing the cover page of its official Twitter page.

MS Dhoni announced his retirement from international cricket on August 15, 2020, through an Instagram post, keeping an end to an illustrious career of over 14 years.

After his retirement, Chennai Super Kings(CSK) led by MS Dhoni carried high expectations. Sadly, the Whistle Podu army failed to keep up to the expectations. CSK is the first team to get knocked out of the playoffs.
