During the coronavirus-induced lockdown, most of the celebrities are taking to social media to give superb fitspiration goals. Star heroine Keerthy Suresh, who often posts pictures and videos of her yoga sessions, took to Instagram on Friday to show her love for Surya Namaskar.

The Mahanati actress posted a video in which she enlightened the importance of Surya Namaskar and said it can boost your immunity and increases blood circulation.

“Nothing like starting the day with 150 Surya Namaskar. Aiming for 200 next! Can’t express how buoyant and refreshing it is. To those who aren’t aware, it enlightens all your chakras, boosts your immunity and increases blood circulation. I’ll stop with this, you’ll have to do it once and you’ll see what this is all about!” wrote Keerthi along with a video of her doing the asana.

On the work front, Keerthi Suresh will next be seen in ‘Annaatthe’ and ‘Miss India’, among other titles.
