Megastar’s Title For Pawan-Rana’s AK Remake?

Ayyappanum Koshiyum, a Malayalam hit film, is now all set to remade into Telugu with Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati in the lead roles. The film will be helmed by director Sagar Chandra, who previously directed Appatlo Okadundevadu. Ayyappanum Koshiyum tells the story of its titular characters, Ayyappan Nair and Koshy Kurian, who turns rivals over an incident and their egos take them on a wild trip.

Now, the makers of the remake are in plans to pick a similar title to the original. The title needs to be the combination of two names which both Pawan and Rana will be essayed in the film. The latest we hear is that “Billa Ranga” is the title under consideration for the film. If the reports are believed, Pawan will be named as Billa and Rana as Ranga.

Billa Ranga (1982) is action thriller based movie, which stars Chiranjeevi and Mohan Babu in the lead roles. Pawan wants to pick his brother’s title as it will be quite apt for the hit remake. However, there is no official word on this yet. The shooting of the film will begin in January and is likely to release in July of 2021.
