Singer-actor SP Balasubrahmanyam, who was shifted to the Intensive Care Unit last week, continues to remain critical and is on the ventilator and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support in ICU.
The veteran singer was admitted to MGM Healthcare in Chennai on August 5 after testing positive for Covid-19.
“The expert medical team treating him is closely monitoring his vital parameters, which are satisfactory at this point of time,” said the medical bulletin issued by the hospital.
Meanwhile, several celebrities and his across the country have been extending their prayers and wishes for the speedy recovery of the singer.
