The drugs case is creating tremors in Bollywood and Sandalwood. Now it even touched Tollywood as star heroine Rakul Preet Singh’s name has been linked to the ongoing drug case investigation. The topic of drugs is not new in Tollywood as stars like Puru Jagannadh and others were questioned by the officials before but this is the first time a star heroine’s name is attached. Rhea Chakraborty who is under the investigation of Narcotics Control Bureau has reportedly revealed the names of few celebrities. Media reported that Rakul Preet and Sara Ali Khan’s names were included in the list. Everyone were shocked with these two names popping up and many started trolling Rakul on social media.

In the meanwhile, an NCB officer stated that there is no truth behind the news of Rhea revealing the names of Rakul and Sara. He said that Rhea did not name any actresses and just gave the names of few smugglers and rug peddlers. With this, some people starting trending ‘#SorryRakul’ in support of her. But during his interaction with the national media, NCB director Malhotra said that the truth behind the names of Rakul and Sara cannot be discussed as of now. Now, people are wondering if Rakul’s name was mentioned or not.

Rakul Preet decided to stay calm during this whole drama. She is an active social media user but she did not upload any stuff from the past few days which is worrying her fans. Sources say that she is continuing her shootings silently. Experts are saying that it would have been good if Rakul made a tweet against all the accusations she is facing. Being silent may send a wrong message to people as per her fans.
