Akaash Vani Movie Story:

In a bit of Karan Johar drama add some Yash Chopra love saga. Now pour in Daraar and Agni Saakshi flavours , and here you get Akaash Vani. Or if you don’t want to taste this blend go for a daily TV serial to savor it again and again.The story is about two love birds Akaash and Vani portrayed by Pyar Ka Punchnama duo Kartik Tiwari and Nushrat Baru who falls in love in college hours and decides to marry eachother.

Akaash Vani  Technicalities:
There is not a single scene which you might not be aware of and seen in daily soaps. Come on Luv Runjan, we didn’t expect such a bizarre after a surprise hit ‘Pyar Ka punchnama’. The more was the expectation the lesser we got.

The over dramatization portrayed starts with St Stephens Delhi College with friends having a gala time, flirting and of course dancing reminds you of Karan Johar flicks, the couple having pleasant time at beautiful locales of Manali seem added from a Yash Chopra Drama.

Pre interval delivers all high emotion drama while post interval just when you hope something will hold you as you feel sympathy for Vani when is tortured by her husband, you break down very early.

It was a sheer joy watching ‘Pyar Ka punchnama’, while this one is unbearable.

Luv Ranjan was innovative to present what different of guy perceive about women in a hilarious and mature style but in Akash Vani he seems out of idea.

Just holding a typical melodrama which again I would like to mention has been portrayed in theatres and classic movies while could be seen in daily family drama even today.

Ranjan just seems to capitalize the surprise hit. Sure, it’s a typical Bollywood melodrama, and you might shed copious tears, if you feel, and the story is rather unbelievable, but what the heck, it is a movie.

You won’t hesitate to get yourself popcorn even if the film is running moreover you will wait at his beverage counter.

Another drawback is the long duration shorts which could have been trimmed easily to help it immensely.

Background music is forcibly used to add weightage to each dialogue but instead it adds to you headache, while couple of tracks like ‘Pad Gaye Ji’ and ‘Main Aur Tu’ sounds good to ear but I am afraid you would recall once you leave your seat.

Stars Performances in Akaash Vani Movie:

Kartik Tiwari did descent work in Pyar Ka Punchnama but he disappoints you this time. Sometimes you even assume he is trying to reinvent SRK’s romantic acts.

Nushrat Barucha can be given a mark as her innocence is revealed in the flick. As a tortured wife she performs well enough that one would sympathies for her.

Final Say:

I’ll go with 1.5 stars for a disappointing Akash Vani. Don’t test you patience watching this emotional atyachar drama.
