In what it could be a shocker, Actress Genelia Deshmukh contacted the ongoing Coronavirus three weeks aga. The actress took to social media to confirm the development.
In her Instagram post, Genelia Deshmukh said that she tested positive for the pandemic three weeks ago and was asymptomatic. After observing the isolation period for not less than 21 days, she tested negative for the virus.
“Hi, I was tested COVID-positive three weeks ago. I was asymptomatic for last 21 days. With God’s grace I tested COVID-negative today,” Genelia’s Instagram post read.
Mentioning about the isolation period, the actress termed the period challenge and said FaceTime and digital immersion can kill the loneliness.
“No amount of FaceTime and digital immersion can kill the evil of loneliness. I am happy to be back with my family and loved ones. Surround yourselves with love… That’s true strength and it’s all one needs. Test early, eat healthy, stay fit – the only way to fight this monster,” she added in the statement.
Earlier Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bacchan, his son Abhishek Bacchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya, and his 8-year-old granddaughter tested Coronavirus positive and recovered.
