Veteran singer and actor S P Balasubrahmanyam has tested negative for coronavirus and his health is stable and better now, his son SP Charan said on Monday.
SP Balasubrahmanyam who had been admitted at MGM Healthcare due to coronavirus continues to be on ventilator and ECMO support in the Intensive Care Unit. His clinical condition is stable and he continues to be closely monitored by the multidisciplinary clinical team.
He was admitted to the hospital on August 5, 2020. Popular celebrities from the South Indian film industry, like Rajinikanth, Chiranjeevi, Sivakumar and others wished him a speedy recovery.
