‘WGV’ Sarcastically Mocks ‘RGV’ Big Time!

Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma is known for his controversial films and statements. The once genius filmmaker has now turned into a shadow of himself who just makes money out of mocking film and political celebrities and by taking pot-shots at them. The man who made a career out of mocking celebrities has been lampooned big time with ‘WGV’ which stands for ‘Wrong Gopal Varma’.

The name itself is the film’s biggest USP and the makers targeted the eccentric director and his behavior. There is no abuse on the director whatsoever but criticized him in an analytical manner. Shakalaka Shankar is the right fit for this film as he proved that he is the best in impersonating RGV onscreen many times before. He lived in RGV’s role once again and perfectly portrayed the lead role.

The film is aimed to criticize RGV who is known for his controversies and it does that exactly without crossing the line. RGV’s reasoning skills have always been very logical and intelligent which no one can take away from him but one can say that he got lampooned big time with ‘WGV’.
