Rajinikanth’s Brother Responds To Super Star’s Decision To Not Enter Politics

Super Star Rajinikanth aka Thalaiavar surprised his millions of fans across the country by taking a back step about his political entry. In a three-page long letter, the Super Star said, I am announcing the news of not stepping into politics with extreme pain. . I alone know the pain I went through while announcing this decision. Talking about Rajinikanth’s decision to not enter politics, his elder brother R Sathyanarayana Rao supported his brother and said no one can force him to change his decision.

Adding further, he said, like a lot of his fans, they too believed Rajinikanth will enter politics to serve the people. But it’s his decisions, we respect the decisions, he has taken. Rajinikanth took the decision, to not plunge into electoral politics, citing his health condition. As its a matter of his health, we cannot force him to change his decision.

Rajinikanth’s official statement to not plunge into electoral politics came days after he was discharged from the Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad, after going through treatment and multiple tests.

70-year-old Super Star was admitted to the hospital after he developed “severe fluctuations” in his blood pressure and exhaustion. It is said, he fell ill after working too hard for “Annathe” film shooting.
